November 13- Ooey Gooey TWO-ee!-
Back by popular demand.  It's runny...it's on the move...it's coming for you!  This seminar promises to make tastebuds melt as near-liquid fermented curds are matched with fermented grape juices.  Get messy and pay for the privilege.
November 20- 3 Blues (and a Green)-Colour me tasty.  Creamy salty blue cheeses cry out for sweet, sweet notes to match.  Come join Glen as he sings the blues and pours out his knowledge to a thirsty crowd wanting more!  A special green guest is scheduled as well.
November 27- Hole-y Cheeses When's a cheese not a cheese!  When it's not there!  Fill in the voids and learn to respect the absence of fromage where fromage should be!  To be or not to be...FLAVOUR is the question!  Wine is the answer.  A thinking person's seminar.
December 4 -Artisanal Cheeses- After going all Jean Paul Sartre, Glen salutes the artisans of cheese, the masters of munch, the lowly cheese maker in his shed.  No big companies, no big names, just BIG FLAVOURS!
